Miki’s journey as a massage therapist started when she moved from Japan to Canada.
Miki is a yoga teacher and has training in critical alignment therapy. It balances the body physically, mentally and emotionally, she integrates these principles and breathing techniques into her massage treatments.
Miki's love for running, swimming and good food gives her a great life-work balance that she is passionate about sharing with her clients. She also loves to keep learning and has continued her health education by completing a certification in Dynamic Cupping.
